What size screen MacBook Pro (2021) did you order?

My delivery is scheduled for the 26th and preparing to ship, but I can't find anything when searching by ref number on UPS.

Can't use MyChoice because I"m having it sent to my parents house as I'm going out of town the 27th and didn't want to risk it because of delays.

Oh well, hopefully I'll get a tracking number from Apple soon.

It gives you an idea how big and thick the 💻 pro is. I’m so glad I ordered a 16” for myself. Bigger screen. I love all the port slots being present. It’s such a welcoming change

Such a great photo. That’s the 14”, right? It’s hard to tell from the perspective but it looks like there isn’t as much space on the side of the keyboard as the 16” would have.

Well… I originally ordered total of 7 Apple Polishing Cloth. Yesterday I got an email 6 out of 1 got cancelled. However I’m promised by Apple they are sending me just one polishing cloth. Which is set to arrive on October 26th. Believe it or not they are delayed 2-3 months now and the delivery date is not even showing anymore.

Also, I got an email from yesterday from Apple Manager. They will be calling me to discuss further… I was not on my best behavior on Monday 😈 Call me crazy… lunatic… weird… extreme… insane… or whatever…it’s all good! 🥲🥲

Yeah! It’s an amazing photo. Tim knows how to take great photos. He looks so healthy! Now that I see it. It might be a 14” model because of the keyboard, how small it is.

That is thick. I wonder if it's similar in thickness to pre-retina unibody models.

Reliable-ish? Our Apple stores don't open until 10am unless it's for the iPhone launch and I'm usually logged into work by 7:30am. The site will typically tell me what is in stock and where based on color/config. I'll start checking the night before and then again in the morning and throughout the day until I find my choice in-stock... I'm more concerned with configuration rather than color and will be happy with silver or space gray. It may take a few days before I find what I want, but I'm ok with that. Although, I would be nice if I can score an ISPU before the weekend 😍😁.

Probably because the edges aren’t beveled as much.
Consider that a unibody MBP and a PowerBook G4 are roughly the same thickness, but the unibody looks a lot thinner because the edges are beveled...

My 16” BTO 10/16/32GB is still in “processing” - looks like I’ll be recieving it when Apple says I will (Nov 5-10). Ordered as soon as pre-orders opened, though there was about a 30 min delay because the trade in portal was lagging / down.

I think Tim knows how to have great photos taken. I don't know about his own photography.Maybe he's more of a Cindy Sherman photographer?

late 2013 13": 1.8cm (0.71")
M1 13": 1.56cm (0.61")
14": 1.55cm

It's actually the thinnest of them all. Pretty certain the new angles fool the eye. In hand you'll notice it's just as thin.

LOL!!! I'm now asking myself... Do I really want the 14" or do I want the 16"? I figure 80-90% of the time, it will be docked, but when I do need it for portability... the weight🥺. But then again, it will be docked for 80-90% of the time hooked up to 2 24" monitors, so maybe the 14" will be better. Decisions, decisions 😁

You might get it next week. After OCT 26 date unless Apple moved you up.

I agree. He just knows. Look at the body in that picture. It’s well aligned. Some people are good at taking pictures and he is def one of them.

It sounds like you always had your eyes on 14”. Plus it will be more portable and easily carried around. 16” might be too much. Maybe go to the Apple store and test it out? See how you like it?

Just hopping back on for the day. I saw the posts that more people are seeing the MyChoice shipments and I checked mine that appeared last night - @TheYayAreaLiving It is indeed the MacBook Pro coming from Shanghai! Scans populated this morning and it now appears in my MyChoice app as well. Not sure why I had such an early scan but happy to see it moving!!

That's the plan. However, if I find a 14" for ISPU before I can get in and test out, I'm snatching up that 14"😁🤣, and as everyone keeps pointing out, I will have a 14-day return window.
