I used to go to high school in Victoria. I miss there! I remember when I ordered 2nd gen 11 inch iPad Pro, my order flew non-stop all the from Incheon overnight. Only thing that concerns me is that we are seeing unusual scans (just says it will be handed over to destination country's facility)... I'm quite surprised even orders just requiring swapping charger are coming from China directly!
There IS customization. 14" / M1 Max / 64GB / 2TB and 16" / M1 Max / 64GB / 4TB models are available in both colors.

I think what might be possible is we might see this status until our orders make it to Anchorage or Louisville. I somehow feel that UPS felt rushed so they are skipping scans for in-between transits and showing the new update we are seeing?
Same; original estimate from UPS said Nov 1, Apple says Nov 3, UPS saying check back tomorrow all day so far ?
I’m surprised by that as well after seeing all these other base model ship from within to US for US orders.

My last scan is 7:34P in Shanghai. Right there with ya. Hoping it found a direct trip, and isn't sitting on a pallet somewhere waiting on the next flight.
Same scans with my 14 inch base model w/ 96W charger. Was originally expected Oct 26th and still says that on Apple order status. Shipping to Victoria, BC.
If anyone has a delivery window of Nov 16th-23rd, please let me know if you have any indication that your order is shipping. Thanks!!
Just canceled my order scheduled for November delivery. I will be up all morning trying to get a pickup in store tomorrow.

im doing the same thing, Im not going to cancel my original order though until i have one in hand. do you know what time apple stores update their stock online?

For those with FedEx, they do have a later pickup time in China thanks to the 777 Freighter (shows as 777-200LR on FlightAware) as that plane can do non-stop from China to Indianapolis and does not need to make the technical (fuel) stop in Anchorage the MD-11 freighters do. I do think FedEx does a stop in Osaka (KIX) to pick up some additional freight with both the MD-11 and the 777.

Same boat here. Still waiting for updated delivery date. Last scan w/ UPS was 7:34p in Shanghai. We'll see. Looks like there are a few of us in this boat. I'm hopeful we've got a direct flight to Anchorage, and its a quick hop to Louisville. I'm hopeful for Thursday/Friday delivery.
