Found an additional detail in the UPS tracking link, one can see the "service" type.

For me, this is listed as "UPS Worldwide Expedited", which has estimated ship times in the UPS website:

3-5 business from China to the US.

If that is correct, I could get my Nov 3-5 BTO as soon as Oct 28-Oct 30.

Currently, Apple lists it as Nov 3.

Anyone else stuck in Louisville that has a promised delivery date of tomorrow?
Lots of flights leaving Louisville still tonight! Mine got delayed due to weather but just landed in PHL.

So trust UPS tracking. Since it's after launch date (which is tomorrow), you are getting the Mac on the day UPS is saying. Apple is just saying the worst case. But you should get it this week if it is moving from China already.

Anyone know if UPS Worldwide Expedited delivers on Saturdays?

Anyone know if UPS Worldwide Expedited delivers on Saturdays?
To residences, yes. UPS now delivers six days a week for all services for residential deliveries. Commercial deliveries require the Saturday delivery option selected.

EDIT: This is the case in all major markets. I believe smaller markets may not have 6-day per week delivery.

So, funny thing. I was at the Apple Store today along with a bazillion others. Two specialists at the table. I said, ”Tomorrow's a big day with new MacBooks launching.”. They nod. So, will there be any in stock to come in and buy, I ask. They look at each other. They smile. They say, in perfect unison, ”We won’t know until tomorrow.” And grin again.
I’m sure the whole team at Apple was very stoked and excited :)
