Basically yeah. UPS trolled me hard too, they originally said Nov 10, this morning I got a "we'll let you know your new delivery date". Smfh. Apple originally said the 17 so I'll just assume that.

Depends on how much your electricity is at home but for me it's like 11 cents per kwh so its about $8-10 for a full charge
Tell me how Apple is not complicit in the terrible shipping, especially out of China! Certainly they are aware of the supply chain and shipping issues. I want an honest answer from Apple and from UPS about this debacle!
