As much as I love this new MBP, the MBA13 I bought last year and gave to my wife was a groundbreaking laptop. To this day I look at it in envy. So slim, so sleek, so powerful.

Edit: I'll say right now, if Apple makes a version with a display like the iPad Pro, I won't be able to resist.

Two 140W chargers are arriving tomorrow. They finally showed up in MyChoice. Anyone else’s 140W chargers ship?

Meanwhile looks like UPS has lost my new headphones that were supposed to be arriving tomorrow. Gonna have to file a claim. Honestly would have preferred they lost my MBP over the headphones smh
AirPods Max?

Sure was 😊 still remember picking up my baby, walked into the apple store, wasn’t planning on buying it.

Asked the lady to show me the M1 macs, takes me to the intel Macs 🤦‍♂️😂 wasn’t noticing any difference, checked the specs, Intel 🤦‍♂️ She finally took me over to the M1 beast, soon as I opened a few apps, I was like yep get me one right now plz 😂

Left her a good review, looked like she was having a bad day, plus she was a cutie. Lol
Hahaha! That’s a cool story. That’s when you experience the original beast! 🤩

OK, <30 minutes ago, I posted that my MBP16.2 M1Max 64GB and 4TB was into the Nov 10 - Nov 17 window and not gonna be the 10th or 11th.

10 minutes after this post, my iPhone popped with a text stating my Apple Card was charged for half the order but an email and text notice say I need to update my payment methods.

I had 2 Apple gift cards on the order to pay for the other half. (they were gift cards for an MBP trade-in)

Went through 2 Apple call agents to finally get my order paid for. Neither knew why an additional $2.99 needed to be paid, or why this tiny amount held up my $5K plus order.
Anyhow, after that drama. I got to this on the Apple.com orders page.

Hopefully, now that it's paid for, they will ship my 16.2 inch Pro Display XDR with computing options.

We're seeing evolution of Apple Marketing.

Order your BTO computer direct shipping from China on launch day! Don't blink! Apple, and UPS, will have many, many surprises in store for you!

Macintosh, not for the faint hearted!

Ordered 18 October 14:02 CDT. Original delivery date 10 to 17 November, moved back today (10 Nov) to 12 to 19 November. 16" M1 Max, 64GB, 4TB SSD. No sign of shipping, been stuck in processing since order date so the 12 November date is fictious. I have a feeling that Apple are struggling and I am almost certainly not going to receive it within the indicated dates. Apple have always managed to ship early on my previous orders. Even my iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and iMac arrived earlier than estimated when I ordered them. So this is a first and somewhat concerning.

I had staged my 2019 16" MacBook Pro for trade in, but I have put it back into service now. Actually it is quite a nice machine (i9, 64GB, 4TB SSD etc.) :)

There’s a quite a few that got bumped into the exact same shipping window as you (11/12-19) which makes sense from a bulk customs clearance operation by UPS. Not defending anyone, but these are unprecedented times and air freight is the new “go-to” with sea-based shipping being backlogged so much. And if the Chinese government wants to take their own time to clear things for whatever their motivations are…it’s just a tough situation all around. Maybe Apple could have spread the courier duties better to FedEx and others to share the load, but it seems shipping delays are just an eventuality, no matter what commodity.

I’m betting all of the 11/12-19 units move out over the next few days. Best of Luck!

Since you have one already and don’t need another one, I’d definitely return it 👉🏪

That $99 can go towards another watch band 😁🤦‍♂️
I’m not spending any money on Apple until September, 2022. Rest assured that 1TB iPhone 14 Pro Max is waiting for me.

We better bookmark this one, right here! 🤣
No need to bookmark it 😂 Mark your calendars already. My prediction was made on this article back on September 19, 2021.
