Don’t close out the tab leave it open and go on a different tab and play around with it for 2-4 minutes.

For what I NEED I should stay with my MBP 13" (10/16) after seeing this very good video. So do I cancel my MBP 16MAX/10/32/1TB? Ahh WTH at 81 years old maybe I don't.
FWIW, I play 4K videos daily on Youtube, or other sources. No issues yet. Maybe an issue with the 16's.
I'm only seeing 1080p HD. How do I change it to 2160?

True. The 16 crashed once for me. No issues with the 14.

Sorry to say it would be in "out for delivery" if it was on a truck to you. Unless the package is SuperExpensiveExpeditedWeGiveASh¡t pricing, they only load local delivery trucks in the morning.
Looks like the package somehow missed the flight to KY, maybe it was somehow full. Odd that it hasn't left yet though, that's a busy source-destination route.
I ran the video in Safari, full screen @1080p hd, exited full screen to scroll merrily up and down in the comments section with multiple tabs open. Also have several apps open in the background. Switched back and forth between MR and YT. Ran the video again, and could not produce a crash.

My MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro 2TB/32GB was originally Dec 17-24, then Dec 14-20, and now Dec 9-16! Keep canceling those orders, people!

So at the bottom of the screen, were you able to select the video settings and change it to 4K? The HDR option is not presently listed.
I'm just not seeing that option. 144p to 1080p hd are the only options that I have.
