Nice. Congrats. For tracking without a #, i believe you would use the order # as a reference when searching.

Flightaware.com is good - and UPS is kind of easier to figure out since it goes from China- Korea - Anchorage Alaska, then to the next UPS place depending where the Delivery is going to- I think if its mid Atlantic it goes to Louisville, KY. Fedex- I have no idea what route Fedex takes (I'm trying to figure that out my order)

About 36 hours after Apple charged my card, my order has moved to Preparing to Ship!

Nope I wish there was - I kind of chatted with Fedex US- and they told me if I want to check the status I would have to call Fedex International which I kind of don't want to do - Apple told me it should be on its way today
 
Can anyone tell me why my macbook air is shipped from chengdu, china(it shows EPZ china on ups) instead of Shanghai? And may be that is the reason my package status is not changing since 2-3 days?
Anyone has any idea about the location? I didn't see this location in any of the MacBook post so kind of worried ?

I think that is just how UPS has Shanghai China in there system
 
Did anyone do the Apple Card installments? That’s what I did. I was charged the tax as pending the day I ordered, Nov 10. But it’s been pending since that point. Will I not get a “charged” notification? That’s what I’m thinking. Curious other people’s experience.

Yea, I did. It stayed in pending status until it shipped.

Also - for those who are just getting shipping notices, beware most of us sat in China for ~5-7 days after entering UPS systems. For me though, the UPS quoted date was pretty close to accurate - though during the waiting period the quoted date was removed in favor of "Check back tomorrow for updated delivery estimate".

I did the installments and did not get any 'charged' notification. The tax payment posted a few days after shipment.

I think Fedex is the same way since with mine I got the notification it was shipped (Picked Up by Fedex) on Nov. 16, and today is the Nov. 21, and the Fedex still says- Fedex tracking has not been updated yet I hope it will be update later tonight for me

Apple confirmed to me that I will have it Nov. 26- i say if it dose not leave china tonight, then I will probably not have on Nov. 26

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is very helpful. Mine has currently “shipped” but there has been no updated information in the UPS system for 2 days. It’s nice to know that this “normal” and things seem to be on track.
