Sierra:Can someone make a video recording of the new drag and drop, please?
Maybe can I see that in a WWDC video session on Apple site?
I mean, look at my avatar.. Yes, that's me

Could you clarify where AMD's current 5xx series cards stand? They mentioned something related to "raster order groups" that is only supported by the upcoming AMD Vega and (curiously) recent AX chips.
System Preferences are now saved to iCloud:

Well sometimes they released betas on Thursday. It seems that we will not see a second beta today as some of us were expecting (including me)...![]()
Looks like the latest DP actually updated this completely.
So how is it now?Looks like the latest DP actually updated this completely.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but System Preferences is listed in Sierra as well as being saved to iCloud, under the same preference pane (iCloud > iCloud Drive).System Preferences are now saved to iCloud:

Yes. Basically, your Time Capsule itself cannot be converted to APFS just yet, but your Mac can. In other words, your Time Machine backup data cannot be stored on an APFS volume at this time.
Does APFS break Time Machine?
From the developer docs, it seems that APFS doesn’t support Time Machine, so your Time Machine volume must remain HFS+ for now. You can back up your data from an APFS disk to an HFS+ Time Machine though.
Time Machine has been on Preparing Backup for me for 45 minutes now. The first time I tried a backup it was stuck on Looking For Backup disk. Then did it again now the Preparing Backup problem. I can't seem to get Time Machine working at all.
It seems like with APFS, the backups DO NOT work. It is unable to create the folder on the Time Capsule disk. Using the 2TB Apple Airport Time Capsule personally, since upgrading to 10.13, unable to backup anything. Luckily the iCloud backup/sync is still working, so at least I have that.
I would assume Apple is going to release an update for the Airport/Time Capsule (hopefully) to make it compatible, or update the file system on the Airport/Time Capsule to APFS, which would be even better!
For now, I would just get a cheap external drive and backup there, since you can customize the disk format to be APFS on external disks.
I can confirm that type to siri is included with High Sierra.
It's in the accessibility section of system preferences.
