Experiencing the same. So n=2 at least. 🙂
It feels like there must be a fix, as I've clean installed beta 1 and beta 2 (twice) - and every install had Contact sync working with no problem at the start, then would go down after a day or so

Oh well, beta 3 next week.. I guess for now it's best to enter new contacts on Mac so the sync chain works properly
 
On beta 2, my laptop runs really hot when watching movies on Apple TV due to high CPU usage.

Together with the appstoreagent and dasd process bugs, it's weird that this wasn't in beta 1 but showed up now.

Usually, it's the other way around — newer versions are supposed to fix bugs from earlier ones, but here, the new beta just adds new problems. I get that it's a test version, but it's an interesting fact nonetheless.

Beta 1 is always better than 2 and 3. We will probably see more issues Monday when 3 is released. Then in a couple more weeks 4 will start to bring fixes.
