Here's hoping this fixes the network connectivity issue that caused many problems. For me it was CrowdStrike incompatibility, but others seemed to have issues with other apps.

Seems nothing got fixed. 😐 There are still problems with iCloud Drive, App Store, Weather, Account Settings etc. seems only Apple's own stuff is affected by Internet issues here.

@SDAVE

I don't know what that folder is. But it's empty. I can't delete it too, although SIP is disabled. And in Terminal it says the file system is read-only.

@CrabQueenInc

Did you update with the full installer? I think I got that welcome screen last time when I updated from Beta 2 using the installer. Now it was just a standard login with Software Update.

@flowrider

I still have to try another Startup Disk.

I already wanted to ask before... Has anyone tried to disable that "fill screen" option? It doesn't work for me. It was off in Beta 2 and before in Sequoia. The switch works (without any effect) until you come back to settings, then it's back on again.

Not sure what you see that's broken or having connectivity issues. All of the above are working without issue here.

Is anyone else not able to launch Siri/Writing Tools by clicking the Siri button in the Mail.app compose window?

Tried everything it wont go away :\
It will hopefully be gone by next beta

There shouldn't even be a "Move to Trash" option if it's an important system folder.

The root user was able to put it into Trash and also empty it, but it was coming back the same moment I put it into Trash. At least there are no sub-folders anymore.

iCloud Drive is permanently showing that it is syncing something, that state never changes:

Screenshot 2.png

Manage iCloud storage doesn't work, shows a spinning wheel forever. And there is only 3.3 of 5 GB used, most of it coming from Mail.

Syncing in general is taking much longer than usual and I don't have much to sync maybe a new note, password or contact once in a while, so mostly just text.

Weather needs a long time to get any data every time I launch the app. It always looks like that when I start it:

Screenshot 3.png

Only the names of the places are always there immediately.

Also Weather in the menu bar is losing my location and showing only temperatures of other locations when i click on it, at least after every logout or reboot, then i only see this:
Screenshot 4.png

I have to open the Weather app to get my location back into the menu bar when it's missing and then after a while the temperature is often hours behind when compared to the widget what seems to work normal.

And every time I close the Weather app it again needs about the same time until anything appears. I think it was almost instant in Beta 2. Loading a small map in there is taking the longest time.

App Store has this for example:

Screenshot 5.png

Before there is a spinning wheel for a while. I can retry as often as I want. Discover only works if I was in a different category before and click on retry again.

When I see there is an new Update and I start it, I normally close the App Store directly. But now I have to wait until it is finished. Other wise it stays forever in the middle of the update state and I have to delete and reinstall it.

Sometimes some other things don't work, in the Sign-in & Security settings for example. When clicking on continue in some overlaying window there is this gray spinning wheel after I click on continue and nothing happens anymore. I tried it several times that day. On another day it suddenly worked again.

I don't have Apple Music so I don't know if it's working normal. But the iTunes Store is completely empty. The first time it showed everything but I couldn't leave it anymore and had to close the app from the Dock or menu bar. Every other category or button wasn't responsive any more. Then I opened it again and there was that spinning loading wheel and then a blank space that always showed up immediatly when opening the app again for maybe an hour. A litle later the spinning wheel was back when I opened it, but I again got only an empty space.

I normally don't use TV/Stocks/Podcasts/News. But everything in there seems to load longer than it should. Some preview images don't show up at all.
Same for Books, but I only use it for offline stuff. Sometimes I looked into the stores and everything showed up almost immediately, what is also not the case anymore. It even needed minutes to display any image at all when I just clicked on the Book and Audiobook store. Now since it has loaded almost everything, I can close it and it's instant again. Not sure if it stays until the next logout or reboot.

There might be more what I just didn't use yet.

Maybe it's a caching issue. Some apps like weather don't keep any data at all and some lose it when logging out or rebooting.

Luckily for me it's mainly the Weather app, also the window never remembering its size is annoying. And that I can't delete some data on my iCloud drive.

I think Safari also has some problems but I almost never use it.

The strange thing is, it's all only Apple stuff. Everything else relying on Internet has no connection or speed issues at all.

That's quite the laundry list of issues that you're having.

I'm curious if you installed overtop of Tahoe or other previous OS or restore from a TM backup?

Myself, I installed it "setup as new" and then just migrated my files etc over after.

I did have some weird glitch with things having connection issues in B1. It was so bad I went back to Tahoe for a bit.

Since installing B2 like that everything has worked. System settings stay as I set them, no issues with the App Store, can't speak for Music or Books but Mail, Messages, Stocks, Notes, Photos etcetera all work as expected. In addition I have no 3rd party software not functional currently. And some of those didn't play nice with Tahoe. B3 & B3v2 just installed without adding any problems so far.

Maybe you should wipe it and install as new if that wouldn't be a show stopper for your daily life.
