What happens if you drag the iPhone Mirroring icon off the Dock? Can it even be dragged off?

If I connect again to my NL account on the Mac I get the "not available in your country message" Back to US and it works again. So no, it won't stay up after the first time for me.
This is weird: I swear that it's working on my side 🤷‍♂️

Working surprisingly well for it being available now in db2

Went through the setup process just fine, and to my surprise, when you play audio (tested this by clicking on my podcast I was currently listening to) it plays through whatever output device your Mac happens to be using (in my case of using a MacBook Air, its built-in speakers)

For whatever reason, this took a while to activate after I installed the beta.
I have to say, it's fantatic and useful.

The Samsung S24 suffers from alot of the same iPhone problems.
Every time they crank up the frequencies on these ever shrinking CPU chips they run hotter than previous chips and go thru battery life faster. thats why they put even bigger capacity batteries in the phones.
We have been lied to. Shrinking the CPU to 2nm oe smaller does NOT lead to longer battery life.

Same thing with Apple Silicon on the Macs. The Run Hotter and Hotter and use more juice even as they shrink the CHIP

I dont know how the S24 got glowing reviews from YouTubers.
1 poor battery life
2 gets stinking hot just watching video
3 locks up and freezes like once or twice a day
4 it keeps turning the brightness down automatically to save batter juice.

Crappy phone with the latest tech. WE ARE HEADED IN REVERSE

Just give me a $100 Flip Phone

These phones are not worth $1500 PLUS.
As a former S24 Ultra (until last week) we do NOT care about Samsung devices here.

Trust me, a big part of Europeans don’t even care about the DMA, and the other part doesn’t agree with it. I hope they’ll stop doing it.

I hope they do more of it. Will greatly help opening iOS and the iPhone to eventually be treated like the full fledged computer it is becoming.

This is very cool finally, I’m more excited about the Keep Downloaded option for ICloud files when optimizing drive, yes!

I'm having an issue using apps on iPhone screen. I got thru setup just fine. Pic of iPhone pops up on Mac, I can click everywhere on it. However when clicking on an app to open it the app's startup screen loads and then nothing. Just stays there. Doesn't go into the app. I am getting my iPhone notifications on my Mac so I know it's connected. But apps don't load past the opening screen. Anyone read this anywhere or have this issue? Wondering what could be causing this issue.

I'm having a similar issue. Everything seems to be working fine, then when the app connects I just see a blurred background of the Mac desktop.

iPhone Mirroring is not regulated at all. That's why Samsung has it. EU Regulations is just a made-up excuse by Apple because they don't have the feature ready for all markets

Samsung has different market power than Apple. Them being allowed to do something doesn't mean Apple is.
