It's interesting that the new iPad Pro looks like the iPhone 5/SE. It was a great design!
Just what I was thinking -- apparently awful for a phone but fine for an iPad. Harrumph!

Speaking as someone who went out and bought an SE last month just to stick on the shelf for when my current one eventually dies.

I will never understand why they make it thinner and have this camera protruding?

Make it thicker so it is one flat surface, fill it up with the battery and enjoy!

Oh, it doesn’t need to be when you have a case?

If you use it with the case, then it is thicker again! What nonsense... Instead of carrying stupid volume (in form of a case) around, I would prefer to carry smart volume (like battery or processor power) around...

Oh, you not want it to be scratched? Then place it in a safe and never use it!

And it will be a great design for a new elite 4 inch phone!
Yeah, but if they made iPad a little thicker to hide the camera, then it would be even thicker with a case on. Duh!

Dou You have a case on You car? Does Your Tuxedo have a case while wearing it?

If You give your love interest a bouquet of red roses, do you put it in a case?

What is Apple's gain in making the iPads thinner - it is tougher engineering and more expensive? And, they "lost" the audio jack to this effort. Revisiting my opinion on this(Edit - not revising). What is wrong with a 0.7mm's worth of air space inside the casing? The camera could be flush, like in the iPhone - it is not a pro photography device, definitely to wieldy enough to use as one, unlike the iPhones..

Meanwhile, the entry level Mac mini has ALL the ports! Attach external storage and add memory as needed, it is a perfect base home computer and server. Not a single Apple exclusive port on this! This alone will recruit so many millions into the Mac commune.

I like the MacBook Air for losing some weight, not the ports. Or becoming thinner - no point.

I've personally found the iPhones after 5S to hold with ease in my hand without a case - too slippery. Now, they are thinner for no real reason - all products from iPhone to MacBook Pro!

They say it is sooo beautiful.... then they put a fugly case around it. I just don’t get it....

I went 4+ years without a case on my iPhones and loved it, then I dropped my iPhone 8 on a concrete pad while sitting on a park bench surrounded by grass and shattered the glass back. Now I have a case on my iPhone and I am sad...

well done, but .... one more thing ..... How can i change the date of a photo with the new iPad Pro in the photos app?

I happily ordered mine but man that camera bump is a strange design decision. It can't even lay flat without rocking on that bump which sort of undermines the rest of the awesome design.

Another thing, why not taper the edges just a bit like the MacBook Air to give your fingers a perch. This thing looks very tricky to pick up from a flat surface.

What's going on in these 2 pictures of the Mac Minis that are stacked here? From the back you can see they only have power and ethernet connected. Are you able to use Multiple Mac Minis Connected through ethernet? If so, how does one utilize that setup?

Is it true that only the 1 TB models have 6 gigs of ram and all the other ones(64, 256 & 512) only have 4 gigs?

Drat. Looks pretty nice, and I was really looking forward to getting one of these for Christmas. But two dongles for one iPad, plus another for my phone? Forget it. iPad Pro works well enough, and won't be useless on a trip because I didn't bring a collection of little cables with me.

For the mini integrated Intel graphics, how much memory does it have? I get so confused, because I've owned a Macbook Pro with dedicated graphics cards for gaming and such. I remember reading they don't have a set memory and instead use your main system RAM. I know integrated has gotten a lot better in terms of graphics processing power. Is it as good as dedicated graphics? Or would i notice much of a difference?

I really wanted a new iMac but decided to go for a mini with an i7, 1TB and 8GB. Sure hope I can upgrade the RAM. Now I need a 32" 4k monitor. :)

Love the Air update, but I will not buy another Mac laptop that has the newer butterfly keyboard. Have had nonstop issues with it, and I don't enjoy the feel of typing on it.
Apple updated the Mac everybody loves, but getting rid of everything people loved about it.

What should have happened:

Here’s the new MBA, it’s literally the same computer as before with a Retina display and updated chips, with the same ports at the same price.

Here’s the new MacBook alongside the current MacBook...
is what happened.
