I had a really bad November :eek:

I've discovered that I much prefer running outside to on the treadmill - so have been doing other things at the gym - classes and cardio wave. But with the dark nights, then it means I only run at weekends and
I ended up having every weekend busy with people staying or being away.

The good news is that December should be better! Today was glorious sunshine and I went out and did 4 miles or so. :D

Edit: And it took me over 200 miles for the year :D

sorry to hear you had a bad November. i'm sure December will be better for you. just figure out what schedule works best for you.

Do you mean like a plastic cover to keep the moisture out, or actual snow shoes, ie. strapping tennis racquets to your shoes? :p

yeah, i've seen something like tennis racquets, except smaller in a magazine. runner's world or road runner sports or something. might be worth a shot ;)
