Mines just gone up on eBay, hurts my hand to even hold it.

It was fine at first, but has become very uncomfortable.

Pity 'cos its soo pretty.

^^ I'd have to agree that's it's the prettiest mouse ever.. I got an iMac for Christmas and the magic mouse is awesomely useful when I'm surfing the web or doing menial tasks. But after 20-30 minutes my wrist starts to hurt. Which sucks because I love the functionality it has.

Since I've gone back to my old wired Logitech M400 and that seems to solve the issues of my wrist and being able to actually work on my new iMac..

As for the Magic Mouse.. I think I'll keep it in my bag and pair it up with my 13" MBP when I'm on the road.

I really wish the ergonomics were better.. It'd be the king of mice!

Just picked one up. I would have to say the multi touch is great. It is probably the best mouse I have used. I have large hands but the ergos don't bug me one bit.

The only small complaints I have are:

- the multi touch gestures are not the same as the track pad on the macbook (generally they are one finger less). This isn't a big deal but it does take a bit of time to get used to
- the tracking needs to be faster. I have a 24" ACD and with the 15" MBP I have to pick up the mouse and "reset" it to track all the way from one side to the other while keeping the mouse on the mouse pad.

I would like them to fix the second "problem" which can be done with a software update. I have already got used to the first issue. It is actually easier to use one finger less with the mouse, however, it did feel unnatural at first.

I just removed the batteries from mine and put it back in its case for storage. It was simply too loud moving around on my desk (wife could hear it from the next room, for pete's sake), plus I didn't find it nearly as comfortable as my Logitech.

Can't fault Apple for trying!
