No one else is replying to that because no one else has that problem, I know I don't. Are you sure there isn't any dirt getting under there and causing the scratching? I take mine off once or twice an week and clean the phone and the case and have no issues.

I clean mine at least 1-2 a week, so there shouldn't be a problem. The way I take off my Magpul, however, is from the top corners. I'm a petite lady with pretty small hands. Sometimes, the material is tough to take off. Should I be removing the case from the side instead? I didn't have this problem with an NGP case, but that material was less stiff in my opinion.

That may be it, I take mine off from the right hand side and bottom first. Pop the lower right hand corner first and go from there.

Thanks for your suggestion! The two scratches on the power button aren't bad at all anyway (can only be seen through direct sunlight). I'm the type of person who likes to keep her electronics pristine haha. Anyway, I do love this case... its slim profile, stylish look (for me) and rugged feel are a breath of fresh air over the bulky Otterbox Defender. Combine the black Magpul with my SGP dock protectors (and leather pouch when using my purse) and my iPhone looks great while being very well protected! Has anyone tried this combo (minus the dock protectors) on the Seidio dock, or is it a tight fit?

3GS for trade

I received an olive drab case for the 3GS today. Does anyone want to trade?

I'm looking for an orange or foliage green.

Thanks!

Great case all around except that mine is not as tight fitting around the edges as it was when new. Top left is leaning away from phone.

Great company!!

Here's my story........

Found this thread a while back and definately wanted one of these cases, especially for $10! So I PM'ed Nick but didn't receive a reply by the time I found out you could order straight from their site, so I went ahead and ordered a black one and olive drab one. Well I got them both and really liked the OD one so I gave a friend of mine the black one.

In the mean time alot of my friends started noticing my case and immediately bought one after seeing mine.

Well, last week I finally got a response from Nick and he asked what color I was looking for. I told hime pretty much the same story here except I added some feedback on the case itself, also that I was planning on gettting an orange case in the future.

Yesterday I received a package in the mail with a black and orange case for FREE!!!!!!! It's nice that there are still great companies that care about customer service! Thanks Nick!!!

This has totally happened to both of my cases as well. Really strange. it is like the material has stretched out over time. I notice that whenever I press on the power button, it makes the "gap" visible in the same area that you mention. I bet that is the cause of this. Kinda bothers me, but not too bad. I still love these cases. :D

I just showed this case to two of my friends over the weekend though, and they are both gonna order some. When I told them it was 10$ they could not pass it up. Haha. Great stuff Magpul!

Here's what I did to fix that issue: get a hair dryer (blow dryer) and heat the case (I did it with the iphone in the case) for 30 sec or so, then press the case inwards where it was bowing. It fixed the issue completely for me.

Hey, thanks for the idea, cheers

Received my case the other day and have really enjoyed it so far. Fit and finish is great. There's also a bonus I didn't notice anyone mention - the edges do protect the front. They stick up enough to lay it flat and not have the glass touch the surface. I thought the edges were shorter, so it's pleasant surprise.

Thanks to Magpul for manufacturing and marketing a quality product at a very reasonable price point.

Anyone interested, I have a OD Green, Foliage Green, and Black with the newer camera cutouts for the iPhone 4. PM me. 6.00 shipped for one or 15.00 shipped for all three.

The case looks awesome compared to my otterbox commuter.
Does anyone have experience with the drop protection of this case, especially with the lack of a front lip?

I got 2 today. I was going to buy one, but I knew my friend would get jealous so I bought him one. Why not, it's only 10 bucks a pop for a quality case.
I can't get over how nice it is. It's slim, it's not slippery, but it won't get stuck in the pockets.
I would have paid 30 bucks for it.
I may yet, thinking about buying an OD and an orange one later.

As noted earlier, putting it face down on a table won't cause the screen to touch the surface. It's barely lifted out of the way. Nice.

My 3GS took a three-foot spill onto my driveway. The Magpul protected it with no problems. I actually replaced my Otterbox Commuter for the Magpul.

Anyone have an Orange 3GS they are willing to part with?

Wow, just received two in the mail from Nick. I had already bought one for myself and one for my sister (they were just that good). Gotta say, wow! Absolutely amazing.

Mines has survived a few spills already. Mostly being flung off desks.

Anybody have the Magpul case with a white iPhone? I know I have had problems with some other cases, where my white iphone is slightly too thick.

I received my two cases today and I can say without a doubt they are the best cases I've used yet. Prior to this, I was using the Incipio NGP which felt great in the hand.

I have a ProClip holder in the Highlander from the 3GS. The holder didn't fit quite right for the iPhone 4 because of the non-rounded back and the Incipio added some extra thickness. What surpirised me is the Magpul case is slimmer with a slightly rounded corners and now fits the ProClip case perfectly.

Kudos to the Magpul for this. I hesitate to think how many $20-$30 dollar cases I have purchased....yikes.

I finally gave up on the Magpul case for my Verizon iPhone 4. The gap at the edge caused by the ring-silence button not fitting (even after trimming) was just too annoying - kept catching on things.

I went back to my trusty old $9.99 case from Noveske Rifleworks.

I just got mine 2 days ago, and the top left is leaning away from the phone also. I wondered if it was by design or of that was just my case.

I love pretty much everything about this case but I get really annoyed with how sometimes the edges seem a bit loose and you can see the silver band of the phone in the gap.
Has anyone found a manual fix for this?
