This so much!

People stress about their battery. You have people watching their battery percentage and making routines to keep their phones at a certain level of charge just to eke out this health percentage number.

You’re spending $1000 on a phone or maybe a little less depending on the model. Is it really worth saving $69 over a two-year period to change your usage habits? If you’re buying a MagSafe puck you’ve already spent at least $39 for the convenience of not having to plug your phone in. I have used the Apple MagSafe puck about 1/5th the time and a regular plug mostly. After a year it’s still at 100% but even if it wasn’t I don’t care. It’s not worth me doing anything special. I can see if we were in some sort of apocalyptic situation where batteries weren’t available so you needed to make your phone last for ten years then completely understandable.

This x1000. I will never understand the paranoia on this forum about battery health. Just be sure optimized charging is on under Settings > Battery > Battery Health and just let the iPhone do its thing. Charge it when you need to and just use your iPhone without giving it a second thought.

Iphone 12 pro @ 83% super frustrating. I’m using an Aukey Omnia 65w fast charger supposedly safe to use with the phone, so I’m not entirely sure why the poor battery health…

I have had mine (13 Pro) for nearly a year and battery health is at 90%. I use both Mag Safe and cable depending on if I am at home or away. Wouldn't usage have anything to say here? I haven't changed the way I charge, not 100% and whenever I feel to;-)
