Mail Signature struggle

As per my design, included table, frame etc...
Then I've placed it in *preference *signature *add new *unchecked 12 Helvetica *copy/paste

Sudden it showed wrong aligned, words breaking.

I was wonder why it does look wrong and different as per my design?

If you want to experience true frustration, send a mail to a colleague running Outlook on Windows, and look at your mail+signature there...

It is not on Windows which it looks fine. Except on iOS Mac Mail which it is wrong aligned.
