Looks more like Day-Z than Fortnite in terms of gameplay. The graphics do look similar to Fortnite though.

That's great. I guess they finally could afford a Mac. 😄 It's the same day as WWDC so I think it'll be mentioned there and I'm sure we'll be hearing from many PC gamers it's an old game nobody wants to play. It's nr 39 on the list of most played games after three years.

Apple getting AC:S first in game gameplay would be a neat feather in their cap, though I'm not sure that will be the case.

Was? Still 5 days to WWDC. Silence? Capcom never announces Mac titles in advance (apart from DLCs to already ported games). RE Village was announced at WWDC 2022 and RE 4 was shown when iPhone 15 Pro was announced 2023.

Great news! For someone like me who hasn't played any of the games it seems odd to port a game from 2017 instead of the latest one from 2022 but there are a few reasons.

According to players SE 4 is more fun than 5. It's the most popular game in the series with over 47,000 Steam reviews and 91% positive reviews compared to over 13,000 reviews and 81% for SE 5. That's why 4 costs $60 and 5 $50.

I was about to say that the system requirements are also more suited for iPhone and iPad and wouldn't exclude older models as RE 4, Village and AC Mirage do which require iPhone 15 Pro BUT now that I saw the trailer it says it requires A17 Pro which means iPhone 15 Pro again. For Mac you just need M1.

Yeah I played it on gamepass SE4, loved it and the slow motion sniper kills, a truly nice game. Though on controller very doable but love to see how it plays on an iPad, but for sure gonna try on the Mac.
