How about people wait until the phone is released before getting mad about the looks of a meaningless render or alleged camera bump etc. Nothing has been confirmed outside of a leaker said something on social media.

I mean if we did that, what is there to talk about on a "rumors" site? Lol

Don't like the tri-line camera. Looks too top heavy to me. Just poor design honestly. It's also to a point Apple really has nothing new to offer for phones anymore. Software is it and they're doing a poor job of that. Hardware is change for the sake of change. While the camera button is somewhat cool, it's also infuriating to have. Start a video recording, if you press that button in any way, recording stops. You know how many videos I don't have because of that ****** button? Quite a few. I wish I could disable it honestly. It will go the way of the touchbar and 3D touch.

This line always sounds so logical when slung. Of course, it ignores the concept that if there is no ALT candidate in the race, there’s no fair contest to evaluate.
But there have been. Large phones didn't appear in a vacuum. People consistently chose them over smaller options, which is what brought us to where we are now. And when Apple gave small phones another shot with the 12 and 13 minis, they only appealed to a niche market.

How about no more bumps, now with the thin that should be a must at least.
How about fill in the bump with more battery for a fat iphone with 2 day battery life? iPhone Plump alongside the air? THIS is what the people want

A long time ago I had a Samsung SGH U100 phone, and that had a protruding rectangular camera bump. It actually looked better than it sounds, so maybe this isn't all bad.

Can't wait to finally retire my 14PM. I hope they bring back the alpine green color way.

The bump is definitely iconic, because it was pretty controversial in its first iteration. I don't mind it so much now though.
Controversial doesn’t make it necessarily iconic though.

When I think iconic I think something like the iPhone or galaxy.

Umm… I think you mean Google. No Samsung phones look like this.

That's fair enough. I think it's iconic because it's a standout feature that no one else is doing (maybe for a good reason) and makes it recognisable. But to each their own 🤷‍♂️

Well to be fair Samsung did it first with their galaxy s10 lol
Personally i think pixel's camera module looks ugly but the apple one is less so

surprised to see people against it. pixel 9 pro bar i think has the best design on the back of a phone i think this would be a good change

I will stick with my iPhone 16 Pro.
You may get unstuck rather quickly when your family members and friends start showing up with their new redesigned iPhone 17 Pro’s. You may even beat me by a few weeks when I replace my 14 Pro with a 17 Pro because I usually wait until December to buy in case there are hardware issues with the initial batch of units.
