Its "The cloud" There's ya problem...

Once it starts from a puffy white cloud, its easier to handle, but since Apple's got all these services under it's belt, this seems more like a thunderstorm than any.

When u have collection of all these services its tough to get them to work 100% all the time. God for bid we MUST be always correct :p otherwise the internet will get mad at u.... /end of sarcasm

when you pay for services you expect to get what you pay for, a service that works. If the service is free and damages your stuff then you should be entitled to compensation due to incompetence.

Thats how I feel about all this.

I love watching people defending the clusterf--k that Apple Music is.

"It's free so shut up"
"If you don't like it go away and listen to your collection of cassette tapes"
"Nothing ever ran perfectly from release"

Apple's slogans used to be "Think Different" and "It Just Works". We've gone really far from those days when their idea of innovation is to create yet another streaming service and their idea of "just working" is "it will work one day in the future, meanwhile shut up and test our developer preview beta because it's free, and if your library is all borked that's your own fault for signing up for the free trial before the kinks are ironed in 2017".

These problems appear to be related to an issue with Apple's CDN - the reason that changing DNS fixes the issue is that requests are being redirected to a different node, which may be to one that is unaffected outside of your ISP's network.

I'm told that Apple are aware and working on a fix - so it's not your ISP. :)
