Facebook is the bastard of the internet bubbles end off. They will sell your soul for profit and bottom line if they could get away with it. They practically do anyway, it has complete disinterest in your security and data protection, and total interest in selling your data for corporate cash and advertising everything it can to you.

And if Steve Jobs is associated with this disaster of a service then that's sad.
I don't really care if people find that opinion shocking, but it's the fact of what Facebook is.

Zuck uses "right" like it's a comma! I guess that's his "uh" or "you know."

It must've been a bit*h to try to punctuate that transcription. It's definitely a stream of consciousness. He needs to just defer all future interviews to the PR director (God, I hope they have a decent one!)

Zuckerberg might be smart, but he sure doesn't know how to articulate. That was one of the most incoherent quotes I've ever re-read.

AMEN! Maybe he needs to go back to Harvard and take an English or Presentation class or something... Good lord! Scatter brained much??

Mark, LAY OFF THE CRACK!

If he learned anything from Jobs he would pull that POS Facebook App off the iPhone until he actually got it to work. Same for Android.

Wow! I tried to understand what he said and just felt a compulsiveness to just delete my Fudbook account! Facial booklet has got worse over the years and the more I read and here about Zuck the more I don't like it.

Obviously he dropped out of college before he took any english courses.

If he wrote code like he speaks, he would of never gotten anywhere.

The trouble Mr. Zuckerberg, is that Apple builds great products that keep us productive, while FaceBook is building a free product predicated on widespread narcissism and companies gullible enough to pay to get in on the scheme.

How long before people realize they are wasting time and the giant FaceBook bubble collapses?

I don't doubt Mark Zuckerberg's intelligence, but compare transcripts of interviews between him and Steve Jobs. There is something about the way that Steve Jobs communicated his thoughts - even in nonscripted interviews - that sets them a part.

Zuckerberg's words don't seem nearly as...thought out or well placed. He doesn't seem to know what he's going to say until he says it.

Agreed. It's a shame this never happened, but can't you just see Zuckerberg giddy with delight to get an invite to meet with Jobs privately in Cupertino; and Zuckerberg enters the meeting to find Steve holding his iPhone with the Facebook app on screen and Jobs exclaims, "THIS IS *****!!!" and storms out.

How to build a team around you, right, that’s focused on building as high quality and good things as you are. How to keep an organization focused, right, when I think the tendency for larger companies is to try to fray and go into all these different areas. Yeah, I mean a lot just on the aesthetics and kind of mission orientation of companies. I mean, Apple is a company that is so focused on just building products that — for their customers and their users. And — and that’s like — it’s such a deep part of their mission is build these beautiful products for their users. And I think we connected a lot on this level of, okay, Facebook has this mission that’s really more than just trying to build a company, right, that has a market cap or a value. It’s like we’re trying to do this thing in the world. And I don’t know, a lot of it I just think we connected on that level.

What?

The guy has Asperger Syndrome, obviously.
This kind of inarticulation is not generally a sign of ASD, much more likely to be found in those writing the pedantic posts here decrying Zuckerberg's lack of coherence. (yes, I know that includes mine)

It seems like most of these "tech geniuses" are somewhat lacking when it comes to communication skills.

Well, this interview has just re-enforced all of my previous views of Mark Zuckerberg. As someone in this forum quite astutely said earlier; if you want to know what kind of a person Steve Jobs was, just look at Apple.
Well, if you want to know what kind of a person Mark Zuckerberk is, just look at Facebook.

Very true. Steve was a visionary and Mark is not.

I'm actually surprised this Mark idiot and Facebook hasn't been closed down due to serious breaches of data protection and privacy security. Just how the hell is Crapbook still on the net? Because of the potential backlash if it's shut down? The tax government gets from it?
