Massive Bluetooth Skipping Issues

I realize this is a 3 month old thread..wanted to bump it tho as I am still having the skipping issue. Updated to the latest iOS. Updated the carrier...but unlike most in this thread, my 7 Plus is a Verizon model. I have until October to replace it, wanted to see if that was worth messing with. Restore iPhone and set as New iPhone. I did this and problem solved.

I am still having this issue and when I contacted Apple this evening they claimed to know nothing of the sort. It's not practical to wipe the phone and start again (if that is a fix) as one often has many years of data that cannot be restored...
