Can someone help me out with this Icon? When i d/l it i can't just get the icon alone, when i apply it, there is a black square border around it. Can someone tell me what program i can use to crop out just the cube (like ps when you have the crop pen type thing), or is there a easier way to do it?
Right now it looks like this, i want it to look like the pic above, none of the black borders..
can someone help me plz, pretty plz!

Ey t1rider, a few questions for you. 1: how did you change your finder icon..Those are so stubborn. 2: is that bonjour that allows you to display your AIM groups n stuff like that? I noted another user had sort of the same thing in the bottom right corrner of his screen. Oh and i also like that sort of ical reminder. Loks like a widget in devmode eh?

3. I use the Yahoo Widgets (http://widgets.yahoo.com) - previously Konfabulator - since I prefer my widgets on the desktop rather than Dashboard. I use Bye Bye Dashboard to turn Apple's widgets off.

I find the easiest way to convert images to icons (as long as no modification needs to be done), is to just use pic2icon. Just drag your picture, in this case that apple cube png file onto the pic2icon app (make sure to set anti-aliasing to high) and it will convert the image to an icon file. You can now just copy the converted picture/icon file and paste it into the info of whatever you want to change like normal.

This could very well be true, but my friend had it on his iPod so i just grabbed it off there. Still Panic! is a great group, its just too bad they got really popular over here.tombarnes said:

It sucks because there shows cost a lot more and it cost a lot more to bring places. Just so you know it doesn't create a new file, it modifies the picture itself, so that now the picture you converted is now the icon. So now get info of the now modified picture and copy its icon like you would normally.
