I've Actually been looking for them again everywhere. I know you can manually transform them but I used an application I found on either macupdate or versiontracker that allowed me to change them

If anyone finds an app similar post it, I completely forgot what it was

Hello; In this post I hope to address alot of the comments people had regarding my desktop

1) Icons - The Icons are a custom set created from the Snow.e Icons created by Rad.E8 studios @: Snow.e Icons. From there I used various Icons from iToolbar 1 & 2, World of Aqua, and various other icons, to create my own variant of the icons. If you want more specifics about the icon set, please PM me.

Here are 2 of the icons that we're requested, one recently, and one some time ago. The "apple cube" belongs to an icons set that has since been removed from Interfacelift.com, so I decided that I would post it. I do not have the completed set of these icons however. The other is a desktop icon I created, both these files are .PNG, for the taking.

2)Wallpaper -

The name of the wallpaper is West Dune Desert by Varis from Deviantart.com

For those asking about similar Icons to download, May I recommend the Windows Vista Beta 2 Wallpapers. Simple and colorful!

I bet your using NTFS?

You could use CandyBar to change the default system drive icon to a windows icon and then manually change your OS X drive. Thats what I did before I reformatted to FAT32.

Does SmoothStripes work the same way that UNO and Iridium work? That is, do they just replace the resource files and various other graphics? Or does it work more like ShapeShifter which is *always* running and changing thing in memory?
 
Here is mine (2 screens with the left side vertical). Normally the left screen is at 1050x1680 and the right at 1680x1050... shrunk down in the screen shot of course... I just have it swap random images once a day... this just happened to be what was on today.

Changing the resource files...so be careful when using it

I didn't take the photo. Somebody here had posted it a few months (years?) ago, and that is the original size. It looks fine on my 22" CRT monitor at 1600x1200, but for a widescreen display you'll probably have to crop it a bit.
 
Ah - thanks iCloud for pointing me in the right direction :)

This is the best theme I've come across. Quite the nice balance between UNO and Iridium.

Is there a free alternative to candybar because i have used candybar before and, like most people on these forums, i don't want to pay.
Any help??
