im pretty sure that is South Korea. I recognize the Posco building. it doesnt exactly look like that at night. i think it has obviously been enhanced.

How do you get your start bar looking like that? Is that using geektool too? Can you share the script?
I'm thinking somewhere in Italy, I could be wrong.
Whats a "Start Bar"?
Do you mean the dock? The bits in the bottom left are Geek Tool yes. OnyX can be used to get the dock fixed on either side. To get the rest of the "Theme" I'm guessing they used an app called Mirage (or anything that does the same job) to make the dock invisible... and then used Geek Tool again to make the black bar going along the bottom. Or at least that's how I made mine.

Or if you don't want to get Onyx, you can just do it in terminal.
Move dock to the left: defaults write com.apple.dock pinning -string start
killall Dock
Move dock to right: defaults write com.apple.dock pinning -string end killall Dock
Back to the middle: defaults write com.apple.dock pinning -string middle
