Pretty much what lukenn said lol. I used onyx to get the dock to the right and mirage to remove the background.

Create a blank shell for the black background, use more blank shells if you want the dividers.

The cpu usage script is:

ps -acx -o %cpu,command | sort -rin | head -n3

Uptime and RAM (can't seem to remove that extra comma):

uptime | awk '{print "Running : " $3 " "}'; top -l 1 | awk '/PhysMem/ {print "Memory : " $8 " "}' ; top -l 2 | '/CPU usage/ && NR > 5 {print $6, $7=":", $8, $9="user " $10 $11="sys ", $12, $13}'

iTunes info is from bowtie with the "micro pixel case" theme.

Loved that start bar...ahem, I mean 'dock' area at the bottom, I had to copy it (it wasn't copyrighted anywhere was it?).

In the process or adding some useful geektool-ery.

The white borders are just 1 pixel geektool 'boxes' that do nothing.

And that Wednesday thing...that was there so I could properly position the text box to fit the longest day, hence, Wednesday was there. lol

Hope not......I got the idea off DeviantArt.

How did you get your menubar to be that translucent?

Just a warning, it's kind of a hassle. But I got a theme from InterfaceLift called CrystalClear. Unfortunately I had to pay for Shapeshifter to use it, and to top it all off, the theme doesn't work with iTunes or Firefox...but hey, it looks cool w/ my folders and Finder well enough. And I can just put the other programs on the exclude list.

As for GeekTool font, it's Helvetica Neue UltraLight. :)

EDIT: This seems to be the CrystalClear guy's website, with a Leopard version coming soon.

Hmm, so that transparent menu bar is part of an entire theme? Sounds interesting...kinda "Vistaish" but interesting nontheless.

I just thought it was going to be mod like the normal black bar would be...oh well, I'll live :p

And plus, it doesn't work on Leopard, so that's a no for me :D

You have to laugh... all the apps but one with text icons... and then the only app that doesn't is an Adobe Air one... god I hate adobe air!!!

I changed it through the info panel and Candybar, but no joy as soon as I launch it, the icon rises from the dead.
