Quick styling question (my wife is tired of me talking about the Apple Watch so I'm asking here).
Do you all think this color combo looks OK? I really want the Space Grey sport watch, but also want the brown leather loop to wear at work and in social settings. I think this looks fine, but again, I also have worn a blue shirt with blue jeans and blue sweatshirt (my wife quickly corrected this). Otherwise, I guess I'll have to go with the silver aluminum sport.
Nonetheless, I think your wrist is bigger than that, but either way, the 42mm looks fine on you.
Whereas, on my wrist it looks HUGE.
I'm sure that my wrist are 160mm
Anyway-i've decided and thats it
I think i was obsessed with the size...
In worst case( in our countrey AW is not available yet- so i will order from UK, and will not be able to return it like in usa, so in the worst scenario i will sell it![]()

I think the renders look fine, but how it will look IRL may be different. The good news is you can always return just the band with that combination.
I am playing it safe with my "stock" band, so I do not have to return the watch b.c I do not like the band it came with.
Look at the 42mm on my wrist. It's 155mm Lol
Regardless of my wrist size, I want the smallest, least invasive watch possible. I'm not and have never been a watch guy - for telling the time, I have a phone in my pocket, so why encumber my wrist with a device that only tells the time?
Anyway, I wanted a fitness tracker with notifications and had a fitbit force before it was recalled (it was supposed to get a software update enabling notifications), and I was happy with the slim form factor. That said, after sending it back, I decided to hold off on getting a replacement for it until the apple watch, as I was pretty turned off by the customer support of fitbit and the fact that they removed support for apple's health app.
I'm not thinking of the Apple Watch as a watch, really. For me, it's a fitness tracker with notifications, and a productivity enhancing device. The smaller and lighter, the better - it's all about function, comfort and minimalism for me.
I have around a 175mm wrist and I'm going 38mm space grey sport. If the 38mm and the 42mm were the same price, I'd still choose 38mm.
Is there any reason not to just order both a 38 and a 42, then return the one that doesn't fit as well?

Yes, mine looks very similar. You going 38mm?
Yep! Are you? I'd rather have the larger screen, but I was born with small wrists
I've changed my mind about a dozen times already, but I'm starting to think about getting the 38mm, even though my wrists around 190mm. I really don't care for the overly smartwatchy look that I see on a lot of people wearing the watch in the reviews (it seems that all the review models were 42mm models).
I've attached photos of 38mm and 42mm. My wrist is about 155-160mm depending on how tight you make the band.
I'm planning on going with the 38mm; for the size and the reduction in weight.
