I'm outside without my shirt all the time. My Cross Country team always runs without out shirts. When I'm running and its warm, I can't stand wearing one because of all the sweat. I will say we do get noticed a lot on the streets.

it's acceptable to have ur shirt off when you're running. It's just annoying when ppl have their shirt off for no reason.
Given certain circumstances, work and such, yes it should be fine. However, professionalism would argue with that. these days.

ooh climate change, is there anything you CANT fix?
I think it's fine at the beach, pool, or park, but walking down the street or in a store, not so much.
