Great step forward for the iphone this. If you cant handle alpha software dont install it though. And no dont install it on your mums iphone/ipad buy your own first ;)

Quote from Comex[http://github.com/comex/frash]:
"Someone apparently made a .deb of frash. I don't necessarily have objections to a binary package, but everyone should realize that it's alpha quality at best, and please, please post it on a repository instead of posting a .deb everyone will share that will be obsolete in a few hours when I make a one-line fix that vastly improves compatibility by annulling some stupidity on my part. ;p "

It is available from the repo here [found via google] http://repo.benm.at

Also available from the same repo is an SBSettings plugin that will let you turn it on and off without uninstalling. Yes no need to put up with crashing when you dont need flash until a stable version is released.

Peace.

Haha, I installed it on my iPhone first :p

I did a google search for Frash-0.02.deb and found a guy who put it on RapidShare. Took about a minute, 11.6 mb

Im interested in installing Machnarium, the flash point & click game on my iPad for portabilities sake.

Is FRASH good enough at this point to play a flash game that large with its cut scenes & all?

I don't believe you can install flash games, just play them on the web. And, it's very likely not able to play it.

I've had frash on my ipad for about a week, I just uninstalled it today because it kept crashing my browser. I know frash is still in its infant stage, so I'll just wait a bit longer and re-install it again in the future.

I just don't use it much, more like a toy. This way as when it updates Cydia will let me know. right now I have low expectations.

How can I follow then latest of the frash stages with Comex? I am really fascinated by someone actually making flash available on my iPad.

So far besides flash videos, the flash plug in doesn't seem to be working too bad. It's already improved my ipads browser tremendously.

Looking forward to future updates on frash!
