MERGED: Straps now in stock in Apple Stores

There were no straps in my store (Birmingham, UK) even though I was told they would have during my appointment to try the Apple Watch on. This is a good thing really as I'd like to them to release some more colours, particularly for the Sports bands and the Leather Loops.

Sorry if this has been covered, but do the  stores have any watch accessories? I understand they aren't selling watches, but curious if they have bands and charging cables.

Not here in Colorado. I asked and was told they expect them before watches, but not for 2-3 weeks at least.

Only thing the stores have on hand that is watch related are the chargers. I picked up a back up one today and paid for it with my watch 🙂

It's driving me up the wall, I have a sportive in just over a week and I don't particularly want to ride it with my Milanese Loop!

I have a sport strap and a black leather classic on order, Estimated time "May" so I'm still a little hopeful

I purposely preordered my SS Watch with a black sport band as I had a feeling additional bands would take some time to ship. I want to use and use the black sport band for everyday use and I have a blue leather loop and Milanese loop on preorder for special or formal occasions. I'm glad I did now as my other bands still haven't shipped and it's no telling when they will.

I can understand the delays in manufacturing millions of Apple watch's but what is the hold up on having extra bands/straps available?

I went to the flagship Apple store on Michigan Ave. today. I asked the guy working the Watches if he knew when they'd start selling bands. His response, "I have no idea."
