Oh, also my att store order says on schedule for 6/18 delivery. Great news for getting it Friday morning.

it will most likely change those of us that fallowed have seen many date changes, Mine now says date Exception Poor Iphone has had a busy night probably needs the rest so he doesn't have Jet leg when I get it!

Uh, no. The people whining like two year olds about why their phone hasn't shipped when Apple only promised delivery, not shipment, by Friday, need to get a life. This tread is about TRACKING not whining why Apple hasn't shipped yet... can't you read the thread's title?

FWIW I've got a GS on order too. In fact I ordered right after the Keynote and my order has not shipped yet, but I don't really give a flip b/c I'll have it when Apple promised. Now shouldn't you be getting ready to go to day camp?

You don't have to get a credit card. You could have gotten a debit card from your bank with a visa or mastercard logo on it and use just like a credit card
 
well i finally got my tracking number (ordered on the 8th), but it says delivery on the 23rd...F*** that it better be here friday. the UPS page says delivery by friday...i feel better...

I got the same email from Apple. Ordered on the 8th, delivery by the 23rd, except my UPS page says Delivery by June 18th. Don't know which one to believe. :eek: I guess I'll know by friday which one is the correct delivery date.

spoke to UPS international. the exception re-appeared.

they claim its clearing customs in KY, not Alaska. they said the hold is at Apple's request (duh) and they are waiting on all phones to clear customs before proceeding further.

he did say it was guaranteed to arrive by 10:30AM Friday morning, which I was surprised about. i might trust ATT CSR over UPS CSR, so don't hold your breath guys.
 
Still no GD tracking number!! This is getting really annoying!!! :mad:

AT&T = FAIL

EDIT: Just checked the bank account and they haven't charged me yet either.
 
Also, I checked my bank account, Apple removed money from my bank account. So they are getting ready.

I expect they will ship everything out to the correct HUB tomorrow, then friday morning will be when it gets on the truck, in it's little seat belt, and will come to me with open arms. I will scream like a little girl when our mailguy comes into my office!
 
I am happy to say mine is in Dallas TX and I live in Plano. It was scanned this morning so that means it will be at the ATT store today or tomorrow.

It looks like they will do what they said.
 
AT&T tracking shows origin scans

I dont know if this has already been posted, but my AT&T tracking number is now showing an origin scan from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with delivery to the AT&T store by 6/18. Did these come from that shipment out of China? or where these part of the batch that were stateside??? At least I know it will be at the store waiting for me at 7am!

AT&T always ships from TX. At least every time I have ordered a phone from them, it has. :D

Same here. ATT orders are probably originating from the U.S. so everyone should stop freaking out they don't have tracking info like people coming from China. In-store orders should be here Thursday so online orders will probably be a day behind in progress.
