Message Formatting at MRs

Is anyone seeing half of the message formatting icons missing at the top of a new message window today? I’ve found that the icons like text size, or centered text, although blank, if you still touch those areas they are functional and in the case of centered text, when you figure our where to touch the screen

Just noticed today, most of the icons are missing from the input section........?
No updates installed to my system (ipad).

One day we'll see a post like this that says, "OK, made a change, it might affect some user accounts."

And then we'll never hear from @arn again ...
