People leaving twitter caused somewhat of a vacuum, and that's probably the main reason other than Instagram itself for it growing so fast.Does anyone else find it suspicious how fast Threads has grown? 100 million users in less than a week is an astronomical number for a new platform...an unbelievable number.
I feel like Threads might be fudging some numbers by auto creating Threads accounts from Instagram accounts.
Oh well, we all know in the end that a platform isn't successful just from numbers, but also for if the users stay on it...which I don't think will happen.
Musk's off color complaints about Zuck is also another possible reason it's growing so fast. I know when I read something like Musk's rants, I want to do the opposite...
