Lol

Cant believe they did it exactly the same. Well as the saying goes, if you going to steal, then steal from the best.

Apple copied the Magic Mouse from Microsoft

Ah yes, those prototype videos Microsoft conveniently linked the moment rumors surfaced that Apple was working on a multitouch mouse? Microsoft FUD at its finest.

"So you heard Apple is working on a new mouse, eh? Well, take a look at some of the stuff we're working on (which we may or may not actually produce, someday, maybe). And a new Apple tablet? Pfft. Whatever. Check out these renderings and simulated videos from our new tablet device, which, you know, we might actually make. If Apple does." - Microsoft

Funny thing is, Apple actually released their new mouse this week. Microsoft? Not so much. Just vapor.

Yet I'm sure you're right: Apple whipped up their mouse based on Microsoft's lame video leaks of a few weeks ago.

Don't mind them, I wonder why we didn't hear about those mice before it was rumoured Apple was coming to release theirs.

Let me not hear any of those Windows trolls call Apple fans "fanboys"!

The Needs of the Many

So now all the geeks and nerds that build their dusty PC's at home can bring them in and ask Gatesy the difference between PS2 and RS232...

'I don't know tech stuff, sorry dude' - nerdy tech voice response.

Don't forget... all the screwdrivers, cables and floppy disks on the benches with the MS tech dude, tongue hanging out trying to get to the motherboard screw... and some empty cans of coke on the bench and the big guy standing next to him blindly spouting off star wars trivia...

That's how this MS venture will turn out.

Uh... it was on Techcrunch and Engadget amongst others.

Whether MS release one or not is a different matter - I'm going to try out a Magic Mouse on Saturday but having watched Engadget's preview it looks cumbersome and unintuitive.

The one thing my Macbook's touchpad is rubbish at is select, drag and drop. It's awesome at everything else but really poor at this. My worry is the mouse will be the same.

How many different types of Mice and Keyboards does Apple manufacture?

they wear fruity shirts........... hahahaha:rolleyes::rolleyes:

The staff look like oversized M&Ms!.

FAIL :D

If they paid as much attention to the quality of their software, as they do to Apple's ideas, they MIGHT be a bit further ahead right now... actually... nope - that isn't gonna happen :p

Some of your comments are hilarious. lmao..

Total rip-off. Even welcoming the customers..
They should be ashamed of themselves.

For the same reason you did not hear Apple talk about it's "Magic Mouse" before the rumors. Make sense?

Why don't they copy something all the Wintards can actually use like a freaking better control panel. Microsoft's idea of one look's like someone barfed all over the screen and the icons are different types of food.

"... They have also attempted to poach Apple's own store employees in order to hit the ground running with experienced staff members already in place."

Staff members who are experienced with Apple products.

What the heck are you talking about, Apple just released their mouse. Where is the multi touch mouse that Apple copied from Microsoft, where is it, is it being sold in stores?m

Amazing

Can't they do ANYTHING original? The t-shirts, the running through the line, the tables, the shelves. I shouldn't be surprised, but I am amazed nevertheless at the blatant lack of originality.

Wasn't it Gateway that was the first to have their own stores? I mean, the M$ stores do look way too apple-like... but both Apple and M$ aren't the first to come up with the idea. If I recall correctly, the Gateway stores were really nice.

Oh, didn't you get the fanboy message here? Apple is apparently the end all and the be all. Nothing worthy was built before Apple and nothing worthy will be built after Apple unless it's by Apple.

Watch they talk to Starbucks and get a kiosk in each store.

"Gotta make our Windows Stores more bohemian!!"

bwhahahahhahaa
.."Would you like a Carmel Mocha Machiatto with that copy of Windows 7 Starter??" .. "Upgrade to Premium and it's free!"

LOLZORS.

ROFL. This is utterly hilarious. If we ever needed more confirmation that Microsoft rips off Apple, we have it now.
