Hi! Does anyone know when Microsoft will release the one-off purchase for Office for Mac 2016? I know the article says September, but does anyone know when in September it will be released? Thanks!

I'm on holiday in Dubai at the moment and noticed I can pick up a office 365 home pack for approx £45 - UK prices vary from £59 to £75

My question is - are they all the same ? Or could to version I have found in Dubai be different ?

The software is not ready for release.

It's full of serious bugs.

We ran into repeatable bugs within 2 minutes of launching Powerpoint, and confirmed these with other users.

Powerpoint crashes every time we try to delete Master Layouts.

We've lost hundreds of dollars worth of time confirming it's not something we're doing and is actually a bug.

It's clear this thing was rushed to market and hasn't had close to adequate testing.

There's no way we're putting a $10k project on the line with this thing.
