Yes. This ad was weak. Microsoft needs to stop worrying about their image and take that 10mil and make a better product. When the majority of computer users are running MS and they make the switch it's because they realize how much of a nightmare vista is. Make a better product then do commercials.Worst

I'm a consumer and I work for a large company . . . to try to say that this ad attempts to give 'Softy a "nicer" "kinder" face is way off base. I don't get nice and kind from "shoe circus".
Seems too clever for their own good, I imagine there will be a lot of very confused consumers after viewing this ad.
