When Apple says the iPhone 6S will be available at 12 am PST, does that mean it'll be available at 3am on the East Coast?

Yes. Sometimes it may not be exactly 3am and could be minutes later but this is how I have always got mine on into day.

LET THE CRAZY TIME BEGIN!!!

What's the window for receiving it on launch day? I've never done preorder... I'd always just got my iPhone at the Apple Store.

That's promising. I woulda thought 5 to 10 mins.... Guessing depends on the model.

Definitely depends on model. Do not quote me on that 30 minutes, it could be 5 minutes this time. You never know what demand and stock is like. There is 2 weeks this year between preorders and launch, so that should hopefully mean more people get launch day devices.

space grey and 64 will be the first gone, unless there is really low stock of a different color.

Well since its confirmed that the live photos will take up 2x more space than normal photos I feel that will put an extra strain on the 64gb model. It seems like everyone goes for the Space Grey thats why I'm staying away from that and going the 128GB Silver route.

I seen the poll regarding the interest with models and it's kind of even between the 6s & 6s Plus Space Gray models. I'm sure those are going the quickest. Hopefully I can make the 2-5 min window.

6S 128 GB in silver.. just unsure if buying from Apple or at&t.. at&t kind of sucks, but if you want the subsidized price, that's the way in..

Yeah its the only way to go if you are dealing with a contract. AT&T is terrible when it comes to pre-order but if thats the only route you have then good luck.

even if it is 2x the photo. How big is the average photo library? A few thousand?
