My battery life wasn't AS good as it's been and I was wondering why. It was my own thread that reminded me - make sure you're iPhone is ACTUALLY IN LOW POWER MODE!

I think it can turn off on its own if you reach 80% charge or something, so I guess mine just went off at some point and I've been using it in normal battery mode.

No issues per se, but the battery wasn't as awesome and I was wondering why.

Back in low power mode now

That’s generally how I run mine. More often than not it’s between 50-70% when I plug it in at the end of the day. I’m not concerned about battery wear that much because AppleCare+ 👍🏻 On the weekend I go harder and plug it in at 30%. If I’m on the couch Sunday afternoon that usually comes at about 3pm. Also when I am home I don’t have it low power mode, because it’s a nice phone, and I have a computer when my kids aren’t fighting over it for Roblox. They only have it on everything else 🙄

I don't worry about battery wear. I just accept whatever wear happens, even if I could do better. I don't plan on keeping this iPhone forever. Eventually I will upgrade, and will get a new battery then. Been using an iPhone since the 3G, and never cared about wear on the battery. Not gonna start now...
