I got the blue s9+. Love the color. With the glass back the blue just shinesI was going to say I love the blues samsung used on their Notes and would like an iPhone in a similar finish. But I'd also be just as happy with those iPod Nano colors.
I am just so sick of pink, gold, black, and white. No matter how many names Jony can come up with black.
Didn’t read the full article, my bad.
Lol, it’s fine... I just couldn’t help it. ;0)
I’m with the group that hopes it’s anodized metallic colors a la iPod line, NOT bright plastic a la iPhone C.
I think it would make the “cheap” iPhone festive & cool, but still classy & high-end looking.
What I hate the most of these rumors is that the smaller version will be LCD while the larger option will have OLED. Why not both OLED?? I love my X and would upgrade again this year but I’ll be giving up a better screen just because I want the smaller version??
If true then I guess I’ll be skipping this cycle *deep sigh*
I think you've got the rumors wrong. Most of the rumors have 3 sizes, with the cheap one being the 6.1" medium sized LCD model. The small (the one you want) and large are rumored to be OLED.
I think you'll get exactly what you want!

Prices are coming down with maturing tech and higher volumes. OLED and FaceID hardware were new and expensive the first year, but the 2018 X is rumored at $899, the new X Plus at $999. That puts the 9—a single-model replacement for the $699 iPhone 8 and $799 8 Plus—somewhere around $749.Ahh forgot it was 3 versions this cycle *face palm*
Even still, it seems very un-Apple and I understand the “lower price point” but I can’t imagine it being so low that it makes difference. If the X was $1K, the low end/medium model would still be $799-899 given the Face ID technology, etc. right?

I’m sure you are getting Rose gold pink. Not sure if I believe this rumor. Apple is very neutral with their colors, and I don’t see them adding red, blue or orange. Red is usually exclusive to them with the Product Red, but that’s more limited in production. I do believe however gold seems likely, but every year it seems that it surfaces that some random colors are set to be launched for the iPhone, it never likely happens. This is Ming Kuo making the prediction, so I could be incorrect.
Then Again, they may be wanting to market the newly rumored 6.1 LCD iPhone, and what not a better way by offering more vibrant colors.
Isn't it interesting Apple is giving more color options to the low end over those who choose to pay for the best? Is OLED going to be the only difference? lol...
Unapologetic plastic and it’s volor scheme on the 5c seems to have held up pretty well in terms of aesthetics. Those look better today than how unappreciated they were at the time. I could see how they give it another shot with the more affordable version. Especially since it skimps on casing aesthetics materials rather technology.
What if they pull a 5c outright and stick this 6.1" model in for the 8 (Plus)?

I think it would be more of a quiet selling off of stock than a quick pull.
Well of course its the cheap iterationSo, the 6.1 is the new iPhone 5c?
There are only two X models, not three. The original 5.8” size X (2018 model) and the rumored 6.5” X Plus.Wait, so it’s supposed (rumored) to be 3 X models AND a an iPhone 9?? I thought it’d just be these 3 models which would still have the $899 (possibly $799) starting points? That would be the “medium” model without OLED.
Well of course its the cheap iteration
Knock! Knock!
