Going to buy the 10.5" Pro the minute it goes on sale.
My 9.7" Pro is pure joy, a bigger screen in the same chassis will be a fable.

speaker will be good for loud music when cooking in the kitchen or podcasts e.t.c instead of needing to take in my ipad or phone or need the air pods to listen instead
Will see what else this speaker will come with then will decideGet a sonos play: 1. Cheaper, and probably will sound better.
Bonus: no notification sounds.
I doubt it. Ming-Chi would have mentioned that if it was going to happen. Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard are perfectly fine and don't show any aging - maybe more colors but no concrete updates in my opinion.Maybe they will also announce new Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard to go along with it. I wonder why this particular screen size tho when they still have the 9.7" iPad Pro and the 12.9"
It still seems so weird to me that they would have a 9.7 iPad AND a 10.5.
And the naming structure is too confusing for the non-techy people.
Yeah I think the 9.7 size is perfect. I think maybe the 10.5 is replacing the 12.9 which is just too big and gaudy in my opinion. So They're killing 7.9 inch iPads and adding another 10.5" model because both 9.7" and 12.9" models aren't enough ? .......wtf?
I hope not, if they kill the Mini it's a big mistake. I have both the 9.7 Pro as well as the Mini. For travel and reading books, I always prefer the Mini. There won' t be a new ipad mini. It is EOL
Why? Is it your own perception or do you have actual salesnumbers of the ipad mini?I hope not, if they kill the Mini it's a big mistake.
My own perception from owning both the 9.7 and the Mini. Why? Is it your own perception or do you have actual salesnumbers of the ipad mini?
I have an iPhone Plus and an iPad Mini. Sorry but no, phones are not big enough, not even compared to Mini. Why are tablets still a thing? Unless you're an artist, I don't thin people need them. Phones nowadays are big enough and laptops are small enough.

I am sorry, but in the next 2 years , it is....
Apple will rather sell you an iphone plus phone. It will remain there for the kid market. And the ipad mini 4 is sufficient for that. Perhaps the current ipad mini , will be updated with an a9 soc, but no high end ipad mini anymore.
EOL basically means it won' t be updated.Maybe, but it's not now. Your statement was that it's now EOL. Every product eventually is EOL but its impossible to predict exactly when. BTW I have 2 minis myself. I've definitely NOT a kid. Well past that point by decades. They are great as Wi-Fi remote controls, games, and readers. The 9.7 can get a bit heavy for that. I have a 9.7 Pro too but prefer my mini for reading. If anything, the iPod touch remains for the kid market and that device is a tad older than the Mini 4, not yet EOL either.

Which you won't be able to access on that device anywayThe display is for when Siri doesn't understand and asked if you want to search the web on it and display the links.
