Mismatch in count of album items between album-search level & within-album view

Hihi, I’m seeing some discrepancies in the count of items within the same album at 2 locations in iOS Photos:
(Count1) The count at the “outer level” when I search for the album,
(Count2) The count at the bottom of the album after I tap in.

There are no burst photos, hidden photos, etc. within this album. No soft-deleted photos belonging to this album too.

iOS 16.0.3 on an iPhone X.

Any ideas?
