As another user said on this thread and i have been saying all over this site for weeks, MMS will be released when 3.1 comes out(if not later), no sooner.

Yeah its definitly AT&T holding back.

So I take it on the AT&T os 3.0 you don't have the little camera icon
like here in the SMS app:
