Nothing new. I did the same process you just mentioned. When upgrading to a new beta, do i need to do anything other than uninstall CAT, install update, and then reinstall CAT? Last time I had to manually add the Kext files. Maybe that was just PB1?

Is Handoff working for you?follwoed the simple instructions (no need to boot recovery and disable SIP? It wasnt there when i checked...) and boom 10.11.6 is active!
I have had that happen to me before. I had to do a TimeMachine restore, as I didn't know any other way out of the loop.My macbook won't boot past this![]()
Which version of CAT are you using?I don't think I am even getting as far as you guys. I am receiving this message and I'm unable to go on any further.
Am I being stupid and missing a step?
Which version of CAT are you using?
That is possible. I haven't looked closely (recently) at each window of the app in use.2.0.1 however in several windows 2.0.0 is printed for some reason - I assume they just haven't been changed?

It has been my experience (with El Capitan beta use) that the CAT uninstall program doesn't always go smoothly. As such, I often use "AppCleaner" to remove CAT, before reinstalling. If you have been using the CAT program uninstall option, try a different method of removing CAT and see how it works for you on subsequent install. Hopefully, you will get farther than you have been thus far.
Have you disabled SIP in recovery mode before attempting the CAT?
And you're using the CAX btle module? Maybe double check the connection?
It works flawlessly. Only issue I have is handoff doesn't work. AirDrop and continuity work well but handoff just doesn't work.I am using said module which has previously worked very well. I'm guessing if the connection is not perfect I would lose access to Bluetooth and WiFi generally or is that not the case?
Is the CAT working well for you?
if anybody run into this i had to go into safe mode and uninstall virtualboxMy macbook won't boot past this![]()
I am downloading. I have a feeling that the issue is CAT.updating to El Cap GM. See what happens
