I get an error while trying to copy the file to the system/library/coreservices

error code -8058 the operation can't be completed because an unexpected error orrcurred.

any idea on how to drop this file into the proper directory.

I copied the file to the desktop and selected copy but no paste option was available so I dragged it into the appropriate folder and get the error.

Thanks

Any other idea's?
You better, thats where all the OSX files are located.
Try this go to finder.
go to the menu bar - Go - Go To folder
Will open a box, type this :
/system/library/coreservices/

I just tried that and I can't copy or drag the file into that folder. (When dragging it just drops back to the desktop) When copying I get the copy command but no paste option. Paste is greyed out.

Any other idea's?

This did work for me also. It took about five minutes and then HandOff started working for me. Thank You for your work!

mmh, doesn't work for me...is it absolutely necessary to log out and in to iCloud on Macbook and iPhone? (I haven't done this because Photos has to resynchronize the complete database, takes so much time...)

have to add that I installed iOS 9.1 Public Beta 1 on my iPhone, but I didn't think thats the reason...

EDIT: OOOH, now its working, takes about 30min for me...sry..all fine...thank you!!^^

I'm having issues too, it is enabled in settings on my MBP Late 2011 and bluetooth is on, as well as my 5s. I think I'm going to start from scratch although I don't think I have the original kext files, do you by chance have them?
