I (as an external consultant) developed one of their enterprise accessories, and because of some wording on a document that someone at my company shouldn't have signed, they reneged on the deal after delivery of prototypes... Prototypes that were the result of many 80-hour work weeks to meet their ridiculous schedules.
Bad business, and bad (internally developed) products.
