Re-introduce original iPhone
Sometimes I think Apple could re-introduce the original iPhone in a smaller package, charge less, and make it work as the iPhone Nano.
No hardware GPS. No 3G. But keep WiFi, Bluetooth, camera, and the App Store (which wasn't present in the original iPhone.)
The big thing would be the monthly pricing plan. I wonder if AT&T would consider a tiered pricing structure, because potential iPhone Nano customers may be more price sensitive, and would be open to cheaper plans at the expense of less minutes or data. (But the current iPhone plan would still be available.)
For those that want an iPhone, but would only use it primarily as a phone, listening to music, showing off some photos and taking basic pictures, and sending the occasional message or checking email, it would work for a lot of people.
