Because this is a Chinese website. No one can touch them except china government. New to how china works?
No, that's incorrect. Apple's legal team in China has jurisdiction of issues like this and has taken action in the past.
Law? In China? It only exists when the Chinese government wants it to exist.
It may very well be a clone...but it is running ios , there is no way that's a skin of any kind.

If that is the case, u wouldn't see Goophone is selling in China in the first place because that is a direct copy of apple design
Moreover what is the chance of making an android phone have this kind of detail including new icon , mixing of Chinese name and English name icon just like the original with Siri and iOS 8 beta look and feel?
I never said it was running Android. It does appear to be running some sort of modified iOS. It's probably a dummy housing filled with iPhone 5s parts modified to run on a larger screen.
Modify an iPhone 5s to run on bigger screen? Not even ppl in the state have ever produce something like this, and you are saying some random dude in China can do that? Dude you need a reality check

About 37 hours left. I feel like my body is ready
I'm not saying he did it! I'm done arguing this. If you want to believe that this is real, go right ahead. I just think you need to take a look at the evidence against this before you believe it. The strongest of which is the fact that the device has not been remote locked by Apple, which is something that they have ALWAYS done when a genuine device has leaked.
What sounds more likely, that this is a dummy/fake outer chassis with 5S internals running a modified iOS 8 with all stock apps tailored to support a higher resolution or scaled to give that impression, or that this is just one of the thousands of working units coming off the Chinese assembly lines every hour? If you guys realized the amount of effort it would take to fake that, a level of precision to which no precedent exists, you'd realize this can only possibly be real. If you concede that the software is Apple - and you must if you have any knowledge of software engineering - you must surely concede that the hardware is also Apple.
Stop bending over backwards about insignificant details when the big picture stuff confirms this as an iPhone. I suppose it could be an earlier prototype or at least be running an older iOS 8 firmware, but the timing and previous hardware leaks pretty much makes this a done (real) deal.
So Apple's inaction is in fact an invalidating action. You just made something out of nothing.
Someone shows you hardware and software that is 99.9% in line with what we've been expecting all along and your best response is to create spitball absurd theories and nitpick trifling details instead of seeing the forest through the trees.
You guys will all see on Tuesday, when Phil Schiller shows the actual iPhone 6 with only 5 rows of apps. I wouldn't keep trying to prove my point if I wasn't sure this device is not genuine.

These are not my theories. They're the theories of Steve Hemmerstoffer, a high up at nowhereelse.fr, the primary source of all of the iPhone 6 leaks. Just check out his twitter: https://twitter.com/stagueve/with_replies
Something tells me you won't be available for questioning come Tuesday.

Negative, Batman. If it's not connected to anything, it can't be remotely locked. None of these shots show the device connected to any sort of network, cellular or otherwise. Your argument doesn't hold water.
Apple's iOS killswitch does not require a cellular network![]()
