What did everyone choose 13 pro or 13 pro max and why

I’d vote but I’m still undecided. I had the 13 pro but coming from the 11 it felt small even though the screen is the same size. I don’t need the battery life of the max and I don’t like using it at the gym or out walking, but the extra screen is nice all other times. I’m 6’8” so one handed is not an issue. The smaller pro feels better in the pockets. Not sure where I’ll land.

I had the 13 pro max and decided to order a 13 pro that I just got today. I like the size of the pro but battery life isn’t impressive so far. And kind of miss the size of max screen.

Is it on 15.0 or 15.0.1? I ask because I’ve seen some say their battery life went to hell on 15.0.1. The pro I had, had excellent battery life. I hope yours improves. How are your feelings of the trade off between portability vs screen size?

It’s on 15.0 still. The Portability is better on pro, but I am missing the bigger size and battery on max. I’d never have to worry about battery on the max. I don’t know what I’m going to do I haven’t sent the max back yet.

I also do not know what to do this year… last year I went with 12 Pro Max and 12 Mini.

At the moment I have a 13 Pro Max and hate this feeling of this brick in my jeans (like I did with the 12 Pro Max).

haha I know that feeling all too well... last year you had both the max and mini? that's a good combo

I went from 12 Pro to 13 Pro Max simply because it had been a while since I had a "Max" size phone (6S Plus) and thought it was time for a change. I have no complaints and do not regret it! Unlike many people, my impression wasn't really, "Wow, this phone is big!" but rather, "Wow, my 12 Pro feels really small!" LOL!

I carry mine either in a belt holster or in my back pocket. I don't like side-pocket carrying - uncomfortable (even with the "regular" size iPhone) and leaves permanent indent in jeans after a while.

13 Pro. I had a 6 Plus and 7 Plus, didn't like the larger form factor as much. It was harder to use with one hand, didn't fit as well in my pocket, didn't fit in the cupholders of many vehicles, and after both of them I decided that the extra screen size wasn't worth the tradeoff in convenience. Went back down with the XS, then stuck with the smaller size with the 13 Pro.

Was waiting to get a Pro but got offered a very good deal for a Pro Max from a friend so got that instead and very happy with it. Kinda big but with a popsocket, easy to hold. Love the battery!

13 Pro. I like the Maxes but they’re just too big for my hands, which are small. I think the Maxes will be more popular though.

Yes, the Mini was so much more comfortable to carry when I was hiking etc.
But I often had trouble with my eyes when I was looking on the Mini screen for too long as I was used to the bigger screen since the 6 Plus.
Maybe I will be really crazy this year and go with Pro and Pro Max.
(… so I avoid the decision :) )

haha or get mini and max both!

Pro because Max is too big for single-handed use. Stretching my thumb to the opposite side of the phone is awkward and uncomfortable. If I want to use a giant mobile screen, I have an iPad.

Pro max, perfect size for me, and fits into my pants and most jackets, pockets even at 164cm and roughly 120lbs give or take a chocolate cake.

admittedly the phone overshallows the size of my hand but I’ve gotten used to plus then max size..

also caseless.
