So we have 7, 10, 3 and 12. Add this up, you have 32. Take this and divide by four and you have 8. Need I say more?
Unless we are talking 24 hour time.
Then we have 7, 10, 15, and 0. This gives us 32 as well.
You sir have just won.

If that is all it is, I would bet money that the Beatles powers-that-be requested this kind of hype/announcement as part of the agreement. I'm sure Apple is more current and knows better.
I predict everyone will download at least one Beatles tune as long as they end up as a Free Single of the Week.
But then, I can see the complaining comments now: "This free song sounds so old! You call this pop? C'mon iTunes can't you get any good bands? Who wants to listen to a band named after a bug?"
ok ive been thinking and my hope has been revived
im thinking its not JUST the beatles....they are just a side not the really big thing, perhaps they are related to it in some way....and for some reason they just decided to use the beatles to for hints to the announcement
here's to more than JUST the beatles!!!
I think this would definitely be a great move for both the artists and Apple. Many younger children and teens aren't into the Beatles. Also, many teens don't buy CD's anymore but just get a few songs on iTunes. I personally own all of the Beatles' songs on CD but this would be a great move. I would be disappointed if this was the only announcement, since it really won't have an effect on me, and it definitely won't be one that I remember for the rest of my life. Maybe cloud iTunes and iOS 4.2? 90 second previews? Something we never saw coming?
