Wow, that's quite a deal. At that price I'd choose that over a Nexus 5 every time.

Damn...thought I'd sufficiently suppressed the desire for new shiny gadgets....

----------

of course i would learn about it just after my 15 day return period for the nexus 5 was up. :/

Considering there's still a bit of a delay in shipping the Nexus 5 from Google, I'd bet you could recoup pretty close to full price by selling it.

I bought last night at 2am (Eastern Time) for full price off contract then woke up to the massive discount being announced this morning

Called Motorola and they're giving me a $150 credit for the accessory store to make up for the difference.

Wow, the Cyber Monday deal includes Moto Maker? That's pretty sweet.

Can you imagine how much better this would have sold were it priced closer to this from the get go?

Ended up deciding on the Moto X, especially at the $350 price. That's just unbeatable. Amazing phone at an amazing price.

Can anyone comment on how the radios are on this phone compared to other flagships?

I played with one at Verizon yesterday. It's a very impressive phone. I'm going to try to get one with the sale Monday, otherwise I'll go back to Verizon later in the week.

I have poor signal at my desk at work. With my old phone I needed to get up and walk to ward the door to get a text message out (though they would come in no problem), I can send and receive from my desk without an issue. It's not much, but it's something.
