Wow, that's quite a deal.
At that price I'd choose that over a Nexus 5 every time. Damn...thought I'd sufficiently suppressed the desire for new shiny gadgets....

Considering there's still a bit of a delay in shipping the Nexus 5 from Google, I'd bet you could recoup pretty close to full price by selling it.
I bought last night at 2am (Eastern Time) for full price off contract then woke up to the massive discount being announced this morning

Ended up deciding on the Moto X, especially at the $350 price. That's just unbeatable. Amazing phone at an amazing price.
I played with one at Verizon yesterday. It's a very impressive phone. I'm going to try to get one with the sale Monday, otherwise I'll go back to Verizon later in the week.
Even $400 for a 32GB is still a great deal. You don't have to purchase it through T-Mobile.
